Our online presence is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, Hansestraße 111, 51149 Cologne,Germany. An agreement for data processing pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR has been concluded with the service provider. The transfer of personal data to third parties, such as legal advisors, only occurs if necessary for defence or investigation of criminal activities or if we are otherwise legally obligated to do so. The personal data is automatically deleted 14 days after the end of the connection, unless there are legal retention periods or a legitimate interest from us or a third party.
The processing of your personal data for the provision of our online presence and the storage of data in log files is necessary for the operation of the website. Therefore, there are no options for deletion, objection, or correction on your part.
